3D Systems Announces New Nanocomposite Material

Rock Hill, S.C. - 3D Systems Corp., a provider of 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, and manufacturing solutions, unveiled Accura Greystone Material, a new engineered nanocomposite material for its Stereolithography (SLA) systems.
Designed for motorsport and aerospace applications, Accura Greystone Material delivers accuracy, stiffness, thermal performance, and long-term stability. The grey-colored nanocomposite material was developed for uses requiring high thermal resistance, insulating electrical components, and building accurate and stable jigs and fixtures. Accura Greystone material resists high temperatures and is intended for tooling and other demanding applications.

Stereolithography users, especially racecar and aerospace development teams, will find Accura Greystone Plastic to be a best-in-class material for their development, testing, and preproduction applications.
